1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to SelamNew WorkSpace, a software solution provided by IE Network Solutions . These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our workspace services, applications, and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

    Company: Refers to IE Network Solutions, a software and workspace solutions provider, including its employees, contractors, and affiliates
    Software: Refers to SelamNew Work Space, the online platform providing users with access to digital workspace solutions
    User: Any entity who is registered as a tenant.
    Services: Refers to all offerings provided by the company through the SelamNew Workspace platform, including, but not limited to, communication tools, task management systems, collaboration features, file storage, software updates, and associated services provided via the platform.
    Workspace: A virtual environment provided by the company through the SelamNew Workspace platform, enabling users to engage in work, collaboration, meetings, project management, and communication activities.
    Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent agreements formed between the user and the company.
    Subscription Fees: Refers to the periodic payments required for continued access to services provided by the Company.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

    •The registered tenants are eligible to use the platform.
    • Company representatives must be authorized to act on behalf of the company and must not be unauthorized individuals.
    • Users must provide accurate information during registration and ensure that only authorized individuals use the platform

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

    • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
    • The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
    • Users are prohibited from sharing, selling, or disclosing their login credentials to unauthorized persons. Any unauthorized use of the account will be the responsibility of the user.

5. SERVICE USAGE GUIDELINES

    • Users must use the services lawfully and ethically.
    • Users shall not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
    • Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, impersonate others, or engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation or integrity of the Company or other users.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

    • All payments must be made on time as per the agreed-upon terms.
    • Late payments will incur penalties or service suspensions.
    • Subscription or service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining updated payment details to prevent service disruptions.
    • Any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees shall be borne by the user.
    • The company may revise its fees with prior notice to users via email.

    • Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances.

    • We collect and process personal data in compliance with Ethiopia's Data Privacy Proclamation and applicable privacy laws.
    • Users may request modifications or deletions of their personal information by contacting us directly.

    • The company will take appropriate measures to ensure the privacy and security of user data in accordance with the provisions of the Ethiopian Data Privacy Proclamation.

    • Users must not attempt to bypass or compromise system security.

9. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

    • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
    • Users will be notified in advance of significant changes when feasible.
    • If service modifications result in significant changes that affect the user, the company will offer alternative options or compensation where appropriate.

    •The company does not allow third-party integrations.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • The company is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, natural disasters, or user negligence.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

    • The company shall not be held responsible for service delays or failures due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government regulations.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Ethiopian Arbitration Rules.
    • Arbitration shall be conducted in Ethiopia, following Ethiopian laws.
    • Arbitration decisions are binding. In the event of a non-arbitrable dispute, the courts of Ethiopia will have jurisdiction.

16. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

    • Users may terminate their accounts at any time by providing written notice.
    • The company reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms.
    • Upon termination, users must cease all use of company services and remove any company-owned materials.

17. SERVICE WARRANTIES

    • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted functionality.
    • The company does not warrant that services will always be error-free or available without interruption.
    • Users acknowledge that the availability of services may depend on external factors beyond the company’s control.
    • The company disclaims liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or service downtimes caused by unforeseen circumstances.

    • Users must comply with all local, national, and international laws when using the services.
    • The company reserves the right to suspend service access for users violating legal or regulatory requirements.
